Sanctuary Crisis help Exit(Esc)

How we work

For clients, and for lawyers and police reviewing our reports.

Scope

We examine only devices and accounts that belong to our clients, with their written consent. We don’t conduct surveillance of anyone.

How we document

Settings, apps and messages are recorded before anything is changed or removed. Each item is logged with its source and the time it was captured.

Findings are reported as observed, including when they don’t confirm a suspected problem. What we observed is kept separate from what the client told us.

A report goes to police or a lawyer only with the client’s written consent, unless the law requires otherwise.
